Arduino web control via serial.

I have the apache serve up and running. But I still need help on the writing of the cgi code or php. if you guys want to check out the begginings of it go to 192.168.0.109.

You seem to have been posting about this in several sections, and many threads. Might I recommend choosing one thread and sticking with it?
The I.p. Address you provided is your internal ip, and is inaccessible by the rest of us. Like I said in my previous post in your other thread, you are several steps away from a functioning web server. Including setting up php and cgi, port forwarding, dynamic dns, etcetera . That is why I think it would be easier for you to either use an Ethernet shield, or setup a professionally hoste site, as you said you had access to one, with whatever you want to control. This page can then be accessed by a script on your computer, or eventually, your arduino with an Ethernet shield.

you ip is inaccessible , I can help you with that just explain it more clearer or let me see it
