Arduino webserver with switch for leds

Hi there,

I'm new with Arduino and would love to know the answer to a couple questions. First of all, Right now I have this setup. I would like to control my led strip with a web server. Just a simple html button that will toggle my led on and off.

I was wondering if I need any other supplies in order to make this work? Or will I be able to do it with the Adruino Sketch? And if so, what would I do?

I have a led strip that has 1 color (white), I also cant seem to find any code that will make them fade on and off, or anything like it.

I know Python and other coding languages to make it work, I just dont understand why I cant figure this out.

If anyone would like to help I would really appreciate it!

Looks like you need a shield to connect to your LAN. There are examples in the IDE for this sort of task

That fritzing doesn’t show any network interface. You’ll certainly need that if you want to do a web server. It’s your choice of Ethernet or WiFi.

That is an RGB strip, not a 1 color white LED strip.

Check out the analogWrite function to dim the LED
