My microcomputer accepts uploads from one laptop but not the other. I put the same code and everything and it wont upload without an error. I have the mega and turned off my new laptop 10-12 times and uploaded the drivers multiple times. It continues to tell me that it can't upload to the serial port and to check out trouble shooting webpage. It uploads but wont display the serial display and comes with an error that says it cant connect to comstate. com3? The arduino on my old laptop is a older version and my new laptop has a newer version of the arduino IDE. Could this the problem?
