Arduino+wisheild

hello all, i am new to the WiSheild, and i cannot find any tuts on where to begin useing it. i did do the basic setup "WebServer" sketch. but now, im looking for a tut to maybe contoll an led on or off. any site with tuts?

This is the base of my garage door controller, it only got one function in, door() and it will blink a led when http://192.168.1.10/move is called
