Hi everybody. I built my parallel port programmer but couldn´t load bootloader with an ATMega88**V.
Consulted, thought that was due to theV** version although the only difference I see is speed.
I got an ATMega88P, but I have the same problem: part not found ATMega88p.
Tried uploading a sketch; same problem.
I got ATTiny45 and ATTiny2313. I´m using Mark Sproul´s extras; should it work?
I´m even suspecting my parallel port but the Device Administrator says it s working correctly;
Is this message ENOUGH to discard the parallel port?
