Arduino with Loxone

Hello, newbie here!

I'm curious, has anyone attempted any integration with the Loxone Miniserver?
Any degrees of success / failure?

It's a 24v, most likely proprietary-in-any-way-they-can-think-of system.

Hi,
We have not used Arduino with Loxone. But Miniserver can process any 24V signal (8 digital inputs) as well as a proportional 0-10 V signal (4 analog inputs) . The Miniserver has 8 relays that can switch line voltage. It also has 4 analog outputs 0-10V. We actually advocate open standards. If you are a web developer you can write your own web UI as we publish our web sockets. You configure the Miniserver using our Loxone Config. (free software) as well as free apps for Android and iOS.

We have extensions to communicate, Modbus, RS232, RS485, IR, 1-Wire. The Miniserver comes with a ethernet port and you can communicate TCPIP / UDP. If you can interface with Arduino on any of these protocols then you can use Loxone .

Is Loxone based on arduino board? or a independent cpu?

Loxone is not based of a other system.
Loxone OS was designed from scratch and matches the Miniserver's hardware and the Loxone Extensions exactly.
We develop the Miniserver all other extensions on our own way.
