Arduino with Microchip 1AA010?

I recently ordered a Microchip 1AA010 EEPROM. I want to know if there any libraries to interface it to an arduino. I haven’t found any yet because the chip uses a UNI/O Bus, as opposed to Good 'Ol SPI or I2C.
