Arduino with Remcon Low Voltage System

Hi,
I recently moved into a house that has a Remcon low voltage lighting system. This system uses Amprobe R-115S Remcon Relay Switches to control the lighting. Is it possible to control these relays with an Arduino Uno? I'm going to be ordering a starter kit soon and my goal is to automate my lighting at home. Thanks!
