Arduino with small camera

We have a project at school where we are making a small camera you can attach to glasses/ your ear to take pictures of a powerpoint presentation during school. This is to make it easier for students to take pictures of the powerpoint slides while writing what the teacher is saying.

We are beginners at Arduino and need help getting started. Which components would you recommend? We only have three Arduino Uno boards but are considering getting an Arduino Due in necessary.

We need a camera with a remote control button attached that we can click to take a picture. We are also looking into voice activation, so when the user says "picture" it takes a picture.

Any help is appreciated!

How are you going to know what you are wanting to photograph is in frame and focus?

The camera will be attached somewhere near the eye, so you know that what you are looking at is what you are taking a picture of. The focus part is worse, but maybe an auto focus camera can work?
