Arduino wouldn´t like upload my Code :(

Hello everbody,
i´ve got a problem about uploading a code to my arduino Board. It´s an Freeduino-Board with an "ATMel ATMega 168V-10PU"-Microchip and it has got the "FTDI FT2323RL"-Driver on-Board. The problem is: When I upload a code to my arduino (it´s Blink) then the "RX"-LED on the board is flickering 3 times and on my PC it says still "Uploading to I/O-Board" and when I press the "Reset"-Button it says
"Problem uploading your board... See http://www.arduino.cc/en/Guide/Troubleshooting#upload for suggestions". I´ve looked on this page, but theres not my problem...
My PC:
OS: Microsoft(R) Windows(TM) Vista Home Premium SP2
CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Quad CPU Q8200 @ 2.33GHz 2.34GHz
RAM: 3.00GB
Type: 32-Bit

I hope I clearfully asked my question...

Thanks!

This seems to be a common problem.
I had a similar problem that went away after I moved the arduino-22 folder to C:/Program Files (x86)/ folder.

If you search for your error text ("Uploading to I/O-Board" and when I press the "Reset"-Button it says "Problem uploading your board) the search results include these interesting posts:

I hope this helps,
