Arduino Yun loses sketch when powered down(solved)

Hey all,

My arduino Yun seems to lose its sketch when i power it down. When i use an example sketch, it works fine, but my own sketch does not work after being powered down. Can anyone help? I have a micro sd, so perhaps i can put the sketch on there and read it when it powers on, but I have no idea how to do this.

It's unlikely that the 32u4 loses the flashed sketch. Most probably the sketch is stuck at some point, like a while (!Serial).
Can you post the sketch?

Fixed!

I was still using the 1.5.5 IDE. After downloading the new IDE (1.5.6.r2), the sketch now works perfectly.

I wonder what caused it tho...
