Arduino Yun Mini Port Problem

Hi,

Just want to ask something about the Arduino yun mini.
I have started using Yun mini in past 5 months and last week I got a problem with its port.

When I check in the 'device manager', there is no port appear in the port section.
I have try to upload my sketches using FTDI board but it shows

[Connecting to programmer: .avrdude: butterfly_recv(): programmer is not responding
Problem uploading to board. ]

Besides, I have try to use Internet port connection in order to upload my sketch.
Still not success.

anyone who can help with this Arduino Yun Mini USB port problem please tell me.

check your cable and connections. The error message you are getting is saying it cannot find the serial port. Your 'device manager' is saying the same thing.

NOTE: Google engineers have reported many defective USB cables coming from factories in China.

How can I get a real USB port that was factured by Arduino?
