I'm using an Arduino Yun to send an automatic email in certain situations. As I was programming, testing and uploading everthing was fine, until I got the error that no device on the COM port was found when uploading an updated program. The list where you select the COM port now only show bluetooth connections (before it was working fine). As I have an Arduino Uno I tried it with the Uno and there was no problem, the program upload works and the COM-port appeared in the list. I tried reinstalling the arduino software on two different pc's, still no device found. So I suspect it has something to do with the yun itself. I noticed even though I tried resetting it, a program was still running which I think messes up the usb connection (just a guess, I'm defenitly not an exepert on these things). Can anybody help me please?
Resets I tried: press 32U4 RST twice, Wlan RST for more then 30 seconds, all reset button for more then 30 seconds. Program still keeps running.
