Hi all,
i am trying to change the clock speed to 400KHz.
when using the Wire.setClock(400000L) ,the clock i measured was about 320KHz.
i tried to play with the TWBR value till i got it right... and it was 5 
, i understand that it cant be less then 10 when the arduino is in master mode.
anyone experienced this issue before?

also i am measuring without any load...
