Arduino Yun with NRF24L01

Is anyone succeed to connect NRF24L01 to Arduino YUN?
I connected one NRF24l01 to Arduino Nano and configured as transmitter, and the other l connected to YUN and configured as receiver. I am always getting that radio is available but l am pretty sure that transmitter is not sending anything.
Also did same thing but instead of YUN I connected receiver to UNO and it worked perfectly.
Any ideas what could be the problem?

As you have not posted your code or your wiring connections I don't understand how you can expect a useful response.

I have not tried using an NRF24 on my Yun but it worked fine on a Leonardo.

Had this too for days ..........bad.... then ..

I made a file here :-

root@arduinoyun:~# vi /usr/bin/reset-mcu2

Inside it ...i put

echo 21 > /sys/class/gpio/export

echo "high" > /sys/class/gpio/gpio21/direction

echo 0 > /sys/class/gpio/gpio21/value

echo 21 > /sys/class/gpio/unexport

Then run it (set as 755 permissions) and it errors with this -

root@arduinoyun:~# reset-mcu2
ash: write error: Device or resource busy
/usr/bin/reset-mcu2: line 3: can't create /sys/class/gpio/gpio21/direction: nonexistent directory
ash: write error: Invalid argument

But then the NFR modules work and data comes in just fine.

So i set it to do this every reboot in this file:-

root@arduinoyun:~# vi /etc/rc.local

# Put your custom commands here that should be executed once
# the system init finished. By default this file does nothing.

wifi-live-or-reset


reset-mcu2
exit 0

Now it seems to have fixed the issue within BusyBox v1.19.4.

I do not know what this issue is but I'm sure someone will now out there and if they can post here would be Amazing !

I also faced this problem once upon a time while using Nano as TX and UNO or PROMINI as RX.

Could you please share the nano details and nRF is PA+EXT ANT ?.

If the nano Chinese one(CH340 usb serial). You need to follow the below steps because of CH340 Serial converter chip back side of nano board.

Problem:
Two problems.
1.CH340 is making the problem.
2.Not enough current.(If Your nRF is PA+EXT ANT)

Solution:
You just upload your sketch into nano(RX or TX what you want).
Then remove USB cable from nano.(Computer USB only provide 50mA or 100mA. so not enough for nano and nRF).
Provide power from separate power supply.(Nano and nRF)
Connect the RF device with nano.
Try 1A or 2A power supply.
If you are using nRF24L01 with external antenna module with power amp. then you should provide 3.3volt from power supply. not from nano.Because nRF with PA and external antenna need at least 250mA current. So you could provide 3.3volt from your power supply.
