Arduino Yun with VF0470 Live! Cam Notebook

Dear Community,

i tried to connect my usb webcam to the arduino yun and turn it into a security camera with this tutorial: Setting up your Arduino Yun | Wireless Security Camera with the Arduino Yun | Adafruit Learning System

Unfortunately when I try to take an image with "fswebcam test.png" I receive the following error:

root@Arduino:~# fswebcam test.png
--- Opening /dev/video0...
stat: No such file or directory

I think my camera isnt recognized by the yun? Am I right? How can I make it work? :slight_smile:

Have you already upgraded the yun? There a new image that adds support for more webcams Please upgrade your Yún - latest is 1.3 - Arduino Yún - Arduino Forum
