Arduino Zero promlem

I tried to download code, but it is not successful.
I touched Atmel chip it was very hot.
the "L" LED is bright.

option enabled in File -> Preferences.

Please help me how to fix this problem?

I don't know what you did to it, but the Atmel chip should not get hot in operation. Usually if a microcontroller is getting hot to the touch, it's damaged. Many electronic components fail in a "near short" state that results in the part heating up.

I checked 3.3V output pin, it is short status. How to get or buy zero "ATSAMD21G18, 32-Bit ARM Cortex M0+" chip?
