Just wanted to note that ArduinoDroid android app is running Digispark boards support (ATtiny) crowdfunding campaign:
The goal is only $299 and pledge amount is $2.99 (you can pledge right in the app).
Compilation and uploading to ATtiny will be supported.
What do you think about crowdfunding:
If Digispark support campaign is successful ESP8266 support campaign will be the next.

nobody trusts sending money to people they don't really know. I have had a link for paypal donations on my forum for a while now, guess how much money i have received?

As you probably know people crowdfunded original Digispark board on Kickstarter (and raised $313218 of $5000).
We're working on crowdfunding blockchain-powered crowdfunding platform so money back is guaranteed by Ethereum smart contract. However this crowdfunding platform is just proof of concept (and actually much more money is required and we're ready to do it almost for free) and it's not using blockchain. We're working for 4 years on the ArduinoDroid app so people trust us. It's up to you to trust or not trust.

i've supported a few crowdfunded projects. Several of them worked out, one of them didn't. You don't get your money back unless the project doesn't meet its fundraising goal. So if they don't deliver you agree to take on the risk of them not delivering. It's not a scam, because you aren't guaranteed anything. I'd be more interested in this project if it was for iOS

In our case you don't take any risk - if funding goal is not reached - you get your money back. Otherwise we implement Digispark boards support. I am 99% sure we will be able to implement it.

It's a crowdfunding campaign to add Digispark boards support in ArduinoDroid app - you will be able to compile and upload right from your android device to connected Digispark board (eg. ATtiny) over USB.
Sounds like everything has been done and money for the past work is solicited.

Why not just add it and make it paid feature if the work is done? The problem is that we have feature requests for ESP8266, Digispark boards, Teensy, uploading over Bluetooth and it's absolutely unclear what's most wanted by the users. So we expect users to prioritize our roadmap direction to help us not implement unwanted features. It's crowdfunding campaign because it makes people think instead of asking for everything to be done.
