ArduinoISP to Program Atmega8u2?

Hey all,

I was wondering if there is an easy way to burn the Atmega8u2 Firmware on an UNO using ArduinoISP sketch on a different Arduino (Duemillenove). It doesn't look like the Arduino Software has this as one of the burn boot-loader options.

Also, I was wondering how I would go about using an Arduino Uno with its 8Mhz internal resonator Instead of the external 16 MHz resonator... I designed an Arduino Uno + IMU clone and accidentally ordered the wrong resonator part. I would rather not have to wait for the correct one to come in before I get started working with it.
I imagine this will just be a firmware change, and that I could just switch the bootloader.hex with the modified version and use one of the Arduino "Burn Bootloader" Presets??

Thanks, I hadn't seen that post.

I figured it out, ended up just giving up with the ArduinoISP and using an old STK500 that a friend happened to have.

Figure its time to get a bus pirate so I don't run into this issue again.
