ArduinoUNO Modbus TCP Server for MPU6050. Will paypal money if project is done

Ive tried this project so many times but I feel like pieces of information I'm missing is holding me back tremendously.
I guess this project requires a significant amount of experience that I am lacking.

I need someone to write me a code to make a MPU6050 a modbus tcp server using Arduino UNO and ethernet shield so a TCP master/client like modscan32 or modbus poll(recommendations will be considered also) can read the data being sent.The accelerometer data is what is needed, the gyroscope data isnt needed. I will pay via paypal or any other way $50-$75 if the project works.Thank you.
