Arduino Giga R1 is not turning on. There is no visible fault on it. After probing, I realised the 5V regulator on it seems to be working but the 3.3V is not. Do I just replace the 3.3V regulator or also the STM chip, which seems tricky to desolder?
I would connect a current limited 3.3volt lab supply to the 3.3volt pin, and see if there is any short on that rail. If not, only then I would think of replacing the 3.3volt regulator.
