I have a couple of ethernet shields of the same make (Drobot), no hesitation in recommending them. On the other hand its a good idea to buy a real one to support the development team. Be wary of people passing off clones as the real thing (anything without mention of clone or compatible on Ebay for starters). I've no issue with clones sold as clones.
