¿Are Hc05 3.0 modules very different to HC05 2.0?

Hello. I can't connect a Bluetooth module HC05 3.0 20170601 (in communication mode) but it works in AT Mode. Do you known any tutorial for a Bluetooth HC-05 3.0 20170601? I read a lot of tutorials, webs but all of them are for 2.0 mudules and they didn´t work for me.

I have read this post when I could'nt work in AT mode.

My bluetooth works fine in AT mode but don't works in communication mode.
