You realize there are literally 1,000's of different microcontrollers out there, the chance of finding a specific one in a product is like looking for a needle in a haystack.
Most vehicles have 10 to 50 microcontrollers these days, it would take quite a lot of dismantling to check them all, and they there are all the household goods, toys, etc etc.
Worldwide 25 billion microcontrollers are manufactured a year BTW, which is why so many variants are out there optimized for many combinations of battery life, processing power, pin count, specialized hardware function etc etc.
