Can I send data trough a serial protocol to the board so it can put the data on the web page?

int incomingByte = 0;	// for incoming serial data

void setup() {
	Serial.begin(9600);	// opens serial port, sets data rate to 9600 bps
}

void loop() {

	if (Serial.available() > 0) {
		// read the incoming byte:
		incomingByte = Serial.read();

		Serial.println(incomingByte, DEC);
	}
}

Can someone tell me where the Arduino will print the "I received: x"?
