I have som problem with my arduino. I think that i fried somethink.
The code that i upload is working properly.
But when i pluged arduino to my PC to change some think in code windows says "Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed)" before my accident when i think touched arduino with wire it was working properly.
CH340G is working, i checked 3.3V supply is working aswell.
The the easiest is to buy new arduino but i dont have that much money on me.
How can i find what component is fried quickly ?

from your description, you must have damaged the CH340G.
If you are skilled at desoldering/soldering SMD components, I suggest changing the CH340G.
If not, I suggest you ask someone to do it or buy a new mega
We can't make an absolute diagnosis from the little bit of information you supplied.
Was this a 140V mains?
We can only guess what you did to it, if anything...
As @ruilviana stated, you might be smart to have someone do it for you. It requires proper de-soldering equipment to replace a smd properly... and successfully.
If you can't afford a new mega, you probably don't have the proper equipment... and there is no guarantee that will fix it.
As a suggestion, don't fiddle with the wiring with the power on...
