Assembler for what chip? Why don't you post it (use code tags!)

Regarding the "how can i import into arduino file" part of your question, there are a couple easy ways:

Option A:

  • Start the Arduino IDE.
  • File > New (or open the sketch you want to import into)
  • Click the downwards pointing triangle near the top right of the Arduino IDE window.
  • Click "New Tab".
  • Give the new tab a name that ends in .S
  • Click "OK".
  • Paste your assembler code into the new tab.

Option B:

  • Make sure the assembler code is in a file that has a .S extension.
  • Start the Arduino IDE.
  • File > New (or open the sketch you want to import into)
  • Click the downwards pointing triangle near the top right of the Arduino IDE window.
  • Sketch > Add File...
  • Select the file with the assembler code.
  • Click "Open". The assembler code will be added to your sketch as a new tab.

For assistance with the "to add aditional uses onto it" part, definitely do as PaulRB requested.
