assistance with a new project

Using Arduino Project Guidance

I'm an ameture astronomer and dew is a constant battle. A search was done and I found a dew controller that a member of a forum made using a few simple parts with an arduino board. I want to build the same device. However I no absolutely nothing about electronics or programing period but this seems to be an easy project that would save me money. here is the link to the project I'm refering to its the very 1st post on the page How to make an automatic dew controller - Arduino - Equipment (No astrophotography) - Cloudy Nights

My question is I downloaded the Arduino program and I tried to locate the math.lib and lcd.lib file in the program but my search has resulted in nothing can someone pinpoint were these 2 files are located and is this something that an absolute beginner build? Any suggestions are welcome

Those two files come with the Arduino IDE, which you can download from the main arduino site. I'm not clear from your post whether you've already done this step.

No I haven't started the project I just found this last night and downloaded the arduino software only. I'm ordering the parts today. This should be a fairly easy project to build t/f?

Sounds simple enough - just be sure that whatever drives the heating elements doesn't draw too much current from the arduino - it may damage it over time.
