AsyncLabs WiShield and Arduino 0018 compile errors

I can't seem to get the example programs that came with the WiShield to compile. I get the following error:

o: In function `setup':
undefined reference to `__dso_handle'

I'm using gcc 4.4.2. Any ideas? Anyone have it working on 0018? Thanks.
