at+cipstart always get error with som800l [solved]

Hello

i have a som800l modem, i always get error when trying to send via tcp, like:
at+cipstart=0,"TCP","105.107.131.7","747"
at+cipstart="TCP","105.107.0.117","21"
AT+CIPSTART="TCP","www.google.com",80

the connection is normally open (with: at+ciicr) and the modem keeps flashing.

Edit: the solution was to use a 'Data' sim.
