AT COMMAND trouble in using HC-06

Hi, I want my HC-06 to able to connect two devices and I used "AT+CMOD=1"" in my serial monitor.
But nothing happened nevertheless other commands work!..
Is there anybody who had same or similar problem like this?
If there is, please help me.

This is because it is not a legitimate code for the HC-06. I guess the reason why you got other codes to work is because they were legitimate.
