AT commands not responding (esp8266 nodemcu)

My Nodemcu does not respond to AT commands (esp8266) I installed fimware from Espressif's original site with Esptool (fimware: ESP8266 IDF AT Bin). NODEMCU version v3 esp8266 version 1.0

do you sent the correct line ending characters? is the baud rate 115200?

yes ı'm tryed all baud rate s ı'm sending AT no answer my nodemcu is not broken fimware is loaded with esptool But I only write AT, what else can I send, all I know is AT
