Since I upgraded to El capitan Arduino IDE crashes, i had to use a PC to do my projects.
The web editos works! it is quite slow on editing, but work perferct !

I installed the native Arduino app v1.6.9 on El Capitan and it works perfectly fine. Note that I installed Arduino after I had upgraded to El Capitan, so perhaps that's why I'm not having any issues.
