ATmega 1284p

If anyone is interested in using this midrange AVR, I have built a pro to-board friendly board around it. The kickstarted project can be found here: https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/663438947/mini-duino

Check it out! It has 32 I/O pins, 128k of program flash, and a host of other features all in a 40-pin DIP footprint.

Hey everyone. If you want a small project but you need more pins, space, etc., Use an ATmega1284p. They have 32 I/O pins, 128k of program flash, 2 UARTs, and a host of other features. Here is a great little board I built around it. It is low cost and minimalistic, and is ready to be utilized in your latest project. Check out the Kickstarter here: https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/663438947/mini-duino

Please do not cross-post.

I've been offering that in the DIP package for some time now - if you blow the chip, it can be easily replaced.
Other '1284P boards available also. And many custom designs that are not pictured.
