ATmega2560 @ 20MHz ?

No at 20Mhz. Yes at up to 28Mhz and somewhat at 32Mhz.

Could you elaborate on this? I thought the 2560 only ran up to 16MHz... At least that's what page 1 of the datasheet implies?
