ATmega2560 RESET Schematic Question

Hey all! I am desiging a schematic with the ATmega2560. In Altium, I don't have an inversion bubble going into the RESET pin, but the official Arduino Mega schematic has this. It looks like it was built into the design of the ATmega2560 footprint/footprint.

Both designs are using the ATmega2560-16AU

I was wondering if these should act the same with or without the inversion bubble?

The chip is going to reset when the line is low regardless of how you draw draw the icon for the chip in your software. It appears the Alitum representation is is just representing the line as an input but having the line over the name of RESET tells you it is active low.
