Atmega2560 restart continuously when gsm power supply ON

i am facing problem of atmega 2560 which is continuously restart when gsm connected to network.
here by i am attaching the circuit diagram . please help to solve.

Your schematics show only the power converters, and have no part numbers, and have vague labels like "5VCC/2.??". There is no indication of the overall connection scheme. No mention of what GSM module...

Put yourself in our position and imagine you don't have the build in front of you, or any additional details of what you have built. Could you help?
