Atmega328p in Pro Mini is resetting itself to blink program

Arduino Community,

I have uploaded a program to Pro Mini(clone) 5v variant and put it under test for couple of months now.

No fuse/lock bits were set. Meaning, they were left as is.

2 times the micro controller reset itself to blink program( where an led on the pro mini is connected to one of the digital lines and keeps blinking at certain interval)

Power supply of 5v given to Vin pin.

Any of you faced this issue and resolved successfully?

Could be a code problem (none listed), could be a power glitch (assuming you dont have a battery backup wired in?). You need to provide more details really, but i think you knew that
