ATmega328P input circuit

Hi ALL,

I have a question about the DI circuit for ATmega328P.

If i set a pin13 as a input like the sketch below, what the circuit in pin13 look like in Atmaga328P?

if i have a 5V input voltage, actually i'll add a 1Kohm as a current-limit-resistor, but what value of resistor actually should i add for it is the best ?

It’s a high impedance input. I believe somewhere near 100M. All this and more can be found on the 328 datasheets
