Atmel Studio 6 and SparkFun Tiny Programmer

I'm a noob that needs some help...I am trying to program an ATTINY85 with the Sparkfun Tiny Programmer https://www.sparkfun.com/products/11460. I can't get Atmel Studio 6 to see it, the only tool available is the Simulator. I installed the drivers from Sparkfun.

The other question I had was about RSTDISBL. I am fine with not being able to reprogram the ATTINY, but I don't know how to set that fuse.

Thanks!

The drivers you need to control a programmer form Atmel Studio are not the same ones that you need to drive it from avrdude (which is what the Arduino IDE uses). I have an AVRISP MkII and I have to swap the drivers every time I switch from using Arduino IDE for programming a chip to use Atmel Studio. Therefore, unless someone has written a driver for using that programmer with Atmel Studio, or that programmwer emulates another programmer that has a supported driver, then using that programmer from Atmel Studio may not be possible.

However, you should be able to get Atmel Studio to generate a hex file, then use your programmer with avrdude to program the ATtiny,

You can use your programmer with avrdude. Either consult the avrdude manual, or see the last section of this article http://miscsolutions.wordpress.com/2011/08/09/prototyping-small-embedded-projects-with-arduino/ (it talks about programming the fuses on an atmega328p, but the principle is the same with an ATtiny).
