ATS (Automatic Transfer Switch)

Please help me... i need code for Automatic Transfer Switch three phase..

Why does it matter how many phases?

Your topic was MOVED to its current forum category as it is more suitable than the original as it certainly is not an Introductory Tutorial

If I'm guessing what this is supposed to do correctly - Switching form one power source to another? What's the processor & code supposed to do?

It seems like all you need is a 3PDT relay (or "contactor"). If the relay coil is connected to the "normal" side, the relay will switch when power to the normal side is lost and switch-back when power is restored.

You might want some logic and/or a delay but a microcontroller is probably unnecessary, and more complexity can lead to less reliability.

You have not said anything. ATS for what? What exactly in detail are you wanting to accomplish? Just for example do you want to switch between maybe mains power and a generator feeding a load? No mention of voltage and current? You are not providing anything. Describe step by step in detail what you expect the code to do including any and all safety concerns and timing functions as well as what uC you are using?

You’ll do a lot better getting responses from an electrical contracting forum. You may get some unprintable answer if you ask the same way.

Remember ‘break before make’, and factor in the phases may not be synchronous when you cut over.

Stay Alive.

The best answer might be to buy an assembled unit, and get a licensed contractor to scope and install the whole kiy.
