Attaching a passive buzzer to a PAM8403 audio amplifier

Hello,

So i wanted to make this project Adding voice and facial expressions to mini hash humanoid robot | Hash Robotics - YouTube, but the thing is that I only have a this passive buzzer: https://www.google.com/search?q=arduino+passive+speaker&sxsrf=ALeKk01pZlI92aAKFveEVHFHpVMhfMDTiA:1618367453643&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ved=2ahUKEwj_0cLJ2PzvAhXixjgGHbmGA9QQ_AUoAXoECAEQAw&biw=1366&bih=661#imgrc=E6jrd891noqoIM

The person in the video did not specify the type of speaker but would the image that I have put above work?

No, a cheap filter-less class-D amplifier relies on the inductance of a speaker.
A piezo would present a short to the amplifier output.
And most of the passive buzzers I see on that page are actually active buzzers.
Only a 'real' 4ohm or 8ohm loudspeaker would would work with the PAM8403.
Leo..

Use speaker from Iphone

I'm sure there are cheaper miniature speakers available, a quick search found
many possibilities.
