WELL, THAT LINK IS DEAD!

But, why just for a tiny?
Adafruit sells a shield (a bit overpriced IMO) but a nice quality ZIF shield:

If one looks closely at the pinout of a 328P and a tiny85, one sees that the ISP programming pins are identical... only the power much be applied to different pins and the tiny inserted into the ZIF as shown in my modification: see pix

I use pin-jumpers, but one could easily install a switch for the purpose of applying power to the "tiny"
