ATtiny Series 1: Logic Level 5V possible and Datasheet Clarification?

Hey folks,

I'm new to Attiny and wanted to test UART with Arduino Uno and ATtiny 414 (without logiclevel shifter).

In the datasheet, under section 35.2 Absolute Maximum Ratings, it states: "Pin voltage with respect to GND: VDD+/-0.5". Do I understand this correctly, that I can use 5V logic level when VDD = 5V?

Yes! Yo can.

The Attiny4141 and ATmega328P of UNO are both 5V devices; so, there is no logic incompatibility.
