Add https://raw.githubusercontent.com/SpenceKonde/ReleaseScripts/master/package_drazzy.com_index.json
to your "additional boards manager URLs" line in the file > preferences tab in the IDE. Then open the boards manager (above the board selection). Install the "ATTiny Core" boards package.
