ATtiny13 core dev board - need docs

I have several of these for training and I am trying to find what the jumpers are for, W1 and W2.

ATtiny13 core dev board made by CL Electronics. CL does not have documentation that I could find.

My guess is that they are used to connect the processor to the programming port.

OK, I figured it out. They are used to disable the on board red diodes D1 and D2..
