Attiny85 Delay() question

Hi!
I want to do a project where every 48 hours, pin 2 of the Attiny85 chip goes high for 5 seconds, then goes low, then waits 48 hours before starting all again, all in a loop. I don’t want to use an RTC, because it dosen’t need to be precise.
I want to use an Attiny85 chip, and using the internal 8 mhz resonator.
Is 48 hours too much for the Attiny85 chip? And is it ok if I modify the milliseconds in the Basic Blink exemple code?

Millis() and delay() use an unsigned long, so fine for periods up to +-49 days.

But indeed, without RTC precision is out the window.
