Audible litre-counter

Good morning everyone, I'm new here but I have an important question to ask... On my farm I would like to have a device that measures how much water passes inside the eraser, making an acoustic signal every time it reaches the set limit. I found some liter counters on the internet but I suspect that they are not programmable via Arduino. If anyone knows of the existence of a similar object that also makes sounds or knows how to do it with Arduino, let me know.
I apologize for my terrible English but I am Italian.
Thank you and good day.

P.S. Attachable via quick coupling to a 25mm (1 inch) rubber.

This does not compute, you are passing through what I would assume is an automotive tire then connecting to a 25mm tube. I will take a SWAG and say a 1" flow control sensor should work. Check this:

Are they agricultural tractor tires?

No... I was thinking of using it for more uniform watering, giving the same amount of water to each plant.

Hello Giovanni_Algarini

Post a picture of this tire.

Thanks but is this programmable with Arduino in any way?

Sorry but I mistranslated... I'm interested in an irrigation gum

I tried but it wouldn't let me write
