Audio playback failure

Using adafruit's Music Maker on an arduino due I am playing WAV files. The program and hardware work great except for two exceptions.

One 8 second and one 14 second audio clips that were converted from 24 bit 48 kHz to 16 bit 48 kHz with Snapper no longer play. There is no noise or anything. Everything else seems to work perfectly.

I have tried other audio files of similar quality that were exported directly form Protools and they all playback well.

My guess is that there was a header miss write that is throwing the VS1053 off. However, my computer can still playback those same files.

are you playing them from the same SD card on your computer? could the file be corrupted on the SD whilst the original on your PC is "clean" ?
