Audio splitter with override?

Was wondering if I could use an arduino to split audio signal and use it to override audio feed.

Just like your radio does with bluetooth now. so i would have a bluetooth connection from phone and it would plug into audio feed to stereo system and when call came in it would override current feed coming from external Sirius radio.

and supposing I was able to get this device where would i get guidance on the setup to make this work?

The IN1 and IN2 connect with 2 Arduino Digitaloutput pins, The high will make switch.
